What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Strategic Client Management: Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of high-net-worth diaspora investors, guiding them through land acquisition, EasyPay plans, and portfolio growth.
Business Development: Identify and convert new investment leads through digital channels, professional networks, and diaspora community engagement.
Project Coordination: Liaise with our on-ground teams in Asaba to ensure seamless site inspections, documentation delivery, and client satisfaction.
Data-Driven Insights: Track market trends, client feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine our investment products and service delivery.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent LA’REALEZA with integrity at virtual events, webinars, and within professional circles, embodying our core values of transparency and excellence.
Who We Are Looking For
This role is not for everyone. We are looking for a rare breed of professional who combines business acumen with genuine passion for Africa’s development. The ideal candidate:
Holds a Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
Has 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as management consulting, investment advisory, relationship management, or high-ticket sales.
Is digitally fluent, comfortable with CRM tools, video conferencing, and remote collaboration platforms.
Possesses exceptional communication skills—written and spoken English is mandatory; additional Nigerian languages are a plus.
Is self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of delivering results without daily supervision.
Understands the diaspora mindset and the emotional drivers behind real estate investment back home.
